In the year 2012, the Bombay High Court had ordered Subhash Ghai to vacate the plot of land on which the said acting school was situated in lieu of a PIL (Public Interest Litigation). The High Court had given Ghai a deadline of July 31 this year to hand over the land. The case has come up for hearing today.
