Pretti Jaain's allegation of rape charges have resurfaced all over again, what with a

metropolitan magistrate's court observing that a case was made against Madhur

Bhandarkar. While the filmmaker may have to face the trial, the court has already

issued summons to Bhandarkar for October 18.
